This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for Smart Digi World services. Please read carefully before making any payment.

1. Nature of Our Services
Smart Digi World provides digital services such as website design, development, SEO, maintenance, and related services. Since these services involve time, planning, and work effort, refunds are handled based on project stage and work completed.
2. Advance / Booking Amount
Any advance payment (booking amount) is used to reserve project time, initiate planning, research, and resource allocation. Therefore, the advance amount is generally non-refundable once work has started.
3. Refund Eligibility (Before Work Starts)
If you request cancellation before we start any work on the project, you may be eligible for a refund after deducting any payment gateway/transaction charges (if applicable).
4. Refunds After Work Has Started
If work has started, refunds (if any) are calculated based on:
- Project stage (planning, design, development, testing, delivery)
- Hours/work already completed
- Resources already allocated
- Any third-party costs (domain, hosting, plugins, paid tools, licenses)
In such cases, the refundable amount (if applicable) will be determined after review and may be partial.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Domain registration fees
- Hosting fees
- Paid themes, plugins, licenses, and third-party tools
- Completed design/development work already delivered
- Rush/priority delivery charges
- SEO services already initiated or delivered
6. Revisions & Dissatisfaction
If you are not satisfied with the work, we encourage you to share feedback so we can make revisions as per the agreed scope. Refunds are not provided solely due to preference changes after work is delivered.
7. Project Delays
If delays occur due to missing content, late approvals, or unresponsive communication from the client, refunds will not be applicable for those delays.
8. Cancellation by Smart Digi World
If we cancel a project due to reasons within our control (rare), and no work has been delivered, we will process a fair refund based on work completed and applicable deductions.
9. Refund Process & Timeline
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- We review the request and respond within 3–7 business days.
- If approved, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days depending on the payment method/bank.
